The Field
This is available for exclusive private use to allow your dog(s) to run around and play off lead without you having to be concerned about other dogs, people or livestock.
It is approximately 1 acre and is fenced with 5ft stock fence and has an internal net to reduce the risk of your dog getting through the fence.
It is an ideal place to let your dog(s) run free to get rid of excess energy, stimulate their senses and explore with freedom or to do some one to one training in a quiet rural location where there are limited distractions
In the field you will find:
* Enclosed fenced area with stock fence and a second internal net fence.
* Tyres
* Tunnels
* Sniffari (dog friendly planting and some long grass areas)
* Ramp and sitting table
* Weave poles
* Ball pool
* Sandpit (Covered so you choose if you want to use this)
* Shelter and seating for the dog walkers
* Lockable pedestrian gate
* Car parking
* Bottled drinking water for your dog(s)
* Poo bags
* Lovely countryside views
The area is a grassed field which is mowed, but there are some lumps and bumps from the odd stone, the wet weather and those pesky moles, so we do ask our customers to be careful as there are some uneven areas.
We have left the grass to grow long in some areas for the interest of your dogs.
Poo bags are provided within the field and we ask that you do pick up after your dog(s) and respect the area for other users.
There are no toilet facilities in the site.
You can bring your own drinks and snacks, but we do ask that you take all your rubbish home with you.
There are a number of lovely dog friendly places to grab a hot drink, cake or some lunch after your walk in the lovely village of South Petherton.

Delightful Dogs Walking field has been established by our family who love dogs and want to give you an opportunity to exercise your dog in a relaxed, interesting environment.
The area is enclosed to reduce distractions and allow you to increase your bond with your dog(s) as we know how much enjoyment and love they can bring.
We want to provide a great experience for you and your dog(s). We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun place to exercise and play, and we work hard to make sure that our field meets those expectations and welcome ideas from you for any future developments we can make.
